Neighbors in Southern Highlands are staying more vigilant after what appear to be teenagers were caught on camera breaking into cars.
Grady Costello says she woke up Saturday morning and noticed that someone had opened her unlocked car door and gone through her things, stealing a change purse.
She went back and check her home surveillance cameras and found a group of what appear to be teens rummaging through the car around 11:30 Friday night.
Costello says it's shocking to her just how young the suspects appear to be.
"Everyone says it's just kids being kids," she says. "I don't care."
Costello decided to blow up the image from her video and post fliers around her neighborhood to make people aware of what happened. She also says in the past, they've had mailboxes broken into as well.
Her goal is to warn her neighbors to stay vigilant and has a message for the young troublemakers.
"They're old enough to know what's right and wrong and this is definitely wrong."
