Throughout the night, people have gone to social media to complain about noise near Nellis Air Force Base.
People are reacting all over Facebook from North Las Vegas to the southwest, saying they've heard jets before but never this loud. In the area of Craig Road and Allen Lane, people said the jet noise shook their homes.
Night time flying operations from Red Flag are currently being conducted through Feb. 12. Fighter jets, bombers and support aircraft are performing simulations. All the exercises are meant to feel realistic to train airmen for combat.
The exercise is hosted north of Las Vegas on the Nevada Test and Training Range.
