While there were the wall of taco trucks at Trump Tower , another taco truck outside the Thomas and Mack got some attention of its own.
It was a solar-powered taco truck and the owner says they're pushing the importance of solar and renewable energy in Nevada. It's the first of many steps they hope brings the issue to the forefront of the election cycle.
"Nevada could determine the outcome of the election, could determine the outcome of the Senate and from our point of view what happens in Nevada around clean energy and solar energy could really determine how we address this issue nationwide," said Matt Nelson, executive director of Presente.org.
Nelson says what better way to do that than with good food, conversation and solar-powered tacos.
