We're learning new information on last week's officer-involved shooting.
New details describe exactly what happened in the moments just before and after Teag Fox opened fire on Officer Gregory Sedminik.
According to the arrest report, Fox approached Sedminik near the stairs of some apartments and asked him, "Are you here to kill me?"
Fox asked Sedminik this twice, telling the officer to "look up" before firing three rounds striking him.
The officer returned fire as Fox fled on foot, which led to a city-wide police man hunt.
Fox was arrested hours later.
The officer is expected to make a full recovery.
