Las Vegas police officers and other city officials met with residents of the Centennial Hills area at a YWCA.
The purpose of the meeting was to bridge the gap between local law enforcement and the community and talk about crime prevention.
Sheriff Joe Lombardo and the city's Deputy Marshal Unit and members of Las Vegas Fire and Rescue were in attendance.
