CNN is reporting that Sheldon and Miriam Adelson refused to meet with Texas senator Ted Cruz in their donor suite on Wednesday night after Cruz spoke at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Las Vegas casino mogul and his wife have spent millions of dollars backing Republicans during the elections and last night, they made it clear that they would be supporting Trump.
That included sending out a tweet with a photo of Sheldon and Miriam with Donald Trump and the caption "Adelsons with their choice for president."

Cruz angered many people by refusing to endorse Trump during his speech at the RNC.
A senior aid to Sheldon Adelson says that Cruz was initially invited to the suite, but that invitation was rescinded after his speech.
