LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada is partnering with Opportunity Village to help keep paratransit riders safe.
Staff members from the nonprofit are now wiping down high-touch areas on the RTC's paratransit vehicles each time a rider is picked up or dropped off at any of the opportunity village locations.
The nonprofit wanted to help as a way to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for RTC's paratransit riders.
Additionally, the RTC is disinfecting vehicles daily with a hospital-grade solution that kills 99.9% of germs.
