LATEST UPDATE: The family of Joseph Jackson is demanding justice four days after he was gunned down in a road rage shooting.  Relatives said no arrests have been made.

"It's a loss, he was a father, a brother, a son," said Jackson's cousin.

The woman was too afraid to be identified.

Relatives said four people were in the dark-colored Mitsubishi Eclipse when someone opened fire.

Jackson was shot and killed in front of his 3-year-old who yelled that "daddy got hit." His children are devastated.

"Dad is never coming home; they'll never see him again," his cousin said.

The family says there were four in the car and the suspect may have been Hispanic. The driver was a young man with no facial hair.

The family is pleading for anyone with information to come forward.

UPDATE: North Las Vegas Police are searching for the gunman in a deadly road rage shooting.

It happened around 3:30 Friday morning near Craig and North 5th.

"All of a sudden I hear pop, pop, pop, pop," said Patricia Powell of the shooting.

Powell said she was driving her boyfriend, 35-year-old Joseph Jackson, to work at the time. Their three-year-old daughter was in the back seat of the car.

"I don't know if it has hit her cause she's only three years old, you know, but she saw everything. 'Daddy's eyes went back, daddy got hit and daddy dead,' that's what she said," explained Powell.

According to Powell a dark-colored Mitsubishi Eclipse almost hit her car. She said Jackson yelled at the other driver who then kept trying to cut her off. She said someone inside the Mitsubishi then pulled out a gun and started firing.

"I seen him slumped he went over and I grabbed his face and I see his eye was shut and I see just blood was coming down," explained Powell. "I knew he was dead, but I just didn't want to believe it."

Powell said Jackson was a loving father who'd struggled to turn his life around in recent years but now he had a good job and was providing for his family. Now she and their two young children are forced to be without him.

"You took away the one person that I had left in my life that you know I truly loved and that truly loved me, like just messed up our family."

And to the man who killed the father of her children, she had this to say.

"You need to go to jail for what you done and there's cameras, I want to let you know too there's cameras every where, on Craig, Losee, so you will get caught."
