Pawsitive Difference is a Las Vegas dog rescue group and they say that one of their rescue dogs were taken at Meadows Mall.
The group says 13 pound Rocco went missing during their Meadow's mall showcase. Mall security told the organization they may have seen a man walking the dog using a shoelace as a leash.
The group is hoping for the safe return of their dog.
