It may be getting more difficult to find affordable housing in Nevada.
A report by the Nevada Housing Division found rent at once affordable properties has jumped 11 percent since 2013.
The study also finds average vacancy rates have declined statewide from 7 percent in 2013 to 4 percent last year.
73 percent of properties also reported a waiting list.
