The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Las Vegas Affiliate and three-year survivor Jon Luedtke invite the community to rewrite the history of the world’s toughest cancer and improve patient outcomes by attending PurpleStride Las Vegas on March 25.

PurpleStride is personal for three-year pancreatic cancer survivor Jon Luedtke, who was diagnosed at age 32 and is the third generation in his family to be diagnosed with the disease.

Pancreatic cancer is the deadliest major cancer with a five-year survival of just 9 percent. But hope is on the horizon and for the third consecutive year, the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer increased.

The Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is the go-to organization for pancreatic cancer with an urgent mission to improve outcomes for patients battling the disease today and double patient survival by 2020.

PurpleStride events support this critical work and the organization’s key initiatives, including Precision Promise, Know Your Tumor and the Patient Registry.

PurpleStride Las Vegas, is co-hosted by 95.5 The Bull DJ Big D.
