Today, Egg Works announced that they have received a generous tip from loyal customer Dave Oancea of $1,000.
Sports bettor Dave Oancea, commonly known as Vegas Dave, tweeted to his 222,000 plus followers; “The most important quality I look for when I’m mentoring someone is how hard they are willing to work. Hard work is the key ingredient to massive success. I was impressed how hard the staff worked on a holiday. If you tip well it’s super important to take care of the entire staff.”
Vegas Dave was served by Blade Cristobal, who has worked for the company for 2 years. Her great service was rewarded by the pro gambler in the form of the larger tip.
“This shows me I have happy employees, which is key to me. This shows that my staff is [company wide] doing an amazing job! And that my employees come in and show they care because they love what they do, it is great to see them be acknowledged for that by the customers,” owner Brad Burdsall said.
