LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders made his fourth visit to Southern Nevada.

Sen. Sanders detailed a long list of issues his campaign will seek to challenge, from pharmaceutical companies, the fossil fuel industry, immigration, to members of both political parties.

He repeatedly used the phrase "four years ago" during his speech to remind voters, at Victory Missionary Baptist Church, of the many promises he made during his 2016 campaign.

"We are living in a pivotal moment in American history," said Sen. Sanders.

Sanders touted his healthcare plan for all, increasing taxes on Wall Street to fund education.

"Instead of people having to pay outrages levels of student debt, and sometimes in very high interest rates, they will now be able to go out. To have kids, be able to go out buy a home, and be able to go out and buy a car," said Senator Sanders.

Young voters told 13 Action News "that promise" would allow them to have a “brighter future.”

"I agree with Sen. Sanders that I shouldn't be burden with tens of thousands of dollars of debt that's stopping me from perusing a home just because I went to school," said Noel Gordon.

Sanders also told voters he wants a comprehensive immigration reform.

"We talked about moving to a path of citizenship for the 11 million undocumented in this country," said Sanders.

Angie Sullivan, a teacher in Clark County, she said she worries about her students whose parents are undocumented.

"For me, they are my neighbors and my family. They want access, they want opportunity," Said Sullivan.

Sanders got a lot of cheers from the crowd, but some voters remain undecided.

“I wanted to hear what Bernie had to say out of the 23 democratic candidates. I'm trying to compare and contrast to make a decision," said Marty I.

The Bernie Sanders campaign reported 568 people attended Saturday’s town hall.
