Officials said the main concern was the power outage. At the height of the outage, there were 5,130 customers without power.
Laughlin casinos were running on generators when 13 Action News crews arrived on scene. There were early reports of patrons trapped inside elevators. Officials have not confirmed that but said there were no reported injures.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
