A Las Vegas police officer was not injured when his police vehicle was hit Saturday night.
Around 10 p.m., the 39-year-old officer was traveling in an unmarked Chevrolet Impala police vehicle southbound Paradise Road at Flamingo Road on a red signal with red lights and siren activated. A Honda Accord and a Honda CRV were traveling eastbound on Flamingo Road on green signals.
The front of the Impala hit the left front side of the Accord and both vehicles continues eastbound on Glamingo as the rear of the Impala was hit by the CRV before allt hree vehicles came to rest at the intersection.
The occupants of the Accord and CRV were transported to Sunrise Hospital with minor injuries and later released.
The crash remains under investigation.
