A substitute teacher who is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student has been charged for separate offenses regarding a relationship with a minor.

13 Action News obtained paperwork from Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department giving more information on the case.

It says a 13-year-old girl has told police Ryne Brinks was a substitute teacher at Jack Lund Schofield Middle School when they had a texting relationship with a sexual nature to it.

She says Brinks sent her a video of him touching himself.

In the report, the victim tells a detective that Brinks would write her notes and pay special attention to her in class.

Then they graduated to texting.

According to her, he would say he loved her and they exchanged nude pictures.

She says Brinks would talk about touching himself and sent her a five-second video of him doing so.

Brinks is being charged with two felonies in this case, and that's in addition to charges of luring a child he received for a separate relationship he had with a 13-year-old while he was teaching at Southern Highlands Preparatory School.
