The Walmart located near North Nellis Boulevard and East Craig Road is on the list of upcoming closures announced by Wal-Mart on Friday morning.
Wal-mart Stores Inc. is closing 269 stores globally. Wal-Mart says that it reviewed nearly 11,600 stores around the world before deciding which stores would be closed.
The local Walmart is one of the super Walmart stores.
