LATEST UPDATE: The coroner has identified the third victim as 38-year-old DeAndre Leggett. No city of residence was listed. Leggett died of multiple gunshot wounds.
UPDATE: Two of the victims have been identified. 35-year-old Charlita Lashunda Caroll died from a gunshot wound to the head. 37-year-old Morty Cornell Young died from a gunshot wound to the head and neck. The coroner has not released the name of the third victim.

Police are searching for a man seen running from an apartment where three people were found dead.
It happened around 5:50 p.m. Monday near Jackson Avenue and B Street east of downtown.
Investigators say three people were shot and killed. Detectives say they found drug paraphernalia in the apartment with the bodies.
The identify of the victims have not been released.
Police planned to be more visible in the coming days.
"We'll be out of our cars. We'll be talking to the residents. We'll be reaching out to the public and we will be reaching out to our faith-based community our pastors in the area," said Capt. Robert Plummer, of Bolden Area Command. "We will be out in the neighborhoods talking and trying to get the public to get involved, tell us what they know and share their information with us."
Police are searching for a suspect who may be driving a van built in the 1990s and is red or burgundy with a tan stripe.
