Officials held a fact-finding review on Monday regarding the officer-involved shooting of Thomas McEniry.

McEniry was shot by police in November after officers mistook his BB gun for an actual firearm.

Body camera footage was released detailing the incident. In the footage, one officer told McEniry to put his hands on the bumper of a car. When he didn't comply, he was tased by police.

McEniry then reached for what officers thought was a real firearm. That's when officers shot him.

McEniry's mother sobbed as she watched the video of her son's death.

"It's a pain in my chest," says McEniry's mother, Carol Luke.  "It's a pain in my chest, like a knife inside me twisting."

After the fact-finding review, it could still take weeks before the District Attorney determines what happens to the officers involved.
