Nevada's Secretary of State has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by President Trump's campaign.

The lawsuit is aiming to stop the state from mailing ballots to voters ahead of the November election.

The motion was written by Attorney General Aaron Ford. It states:

The argument over mail-in ballots is a policy debate, not a legal debate.

Clark County will have at least 100 voting sites, and at least 35 sites dedicated to early voting. State lawmakers passed the vote by mail measure during the special session.

It was immediately met with frustration by republicans and the president.
