New website in valley to help drivers

There is a new website that will help drivers navigate around all the construction in the Las Vegas valley.

Each construction project is spearheaded by a different agency and it can often be difficult for drivers to get information about what is happening along their travel routes.

That is why the different agencies have come together to create a new website titled SeeingOrangeNV.com to help out local drivers.

"You don't have to worry about making five or six phone calls to find out who's doing what on your street," says Tony Illia of the Nevada Department of Transportation.

The new website will help drivers get the answers quickly.

The website has a map for every current construction project in the valley. Visitors to the website can click on a construction project and see the start and finish dates and a description of what is being done.
