LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, a Nevada state senator is introducing a bill that would provide more funds to local charter schools.
The funding would go towards schools that serve low income students.
The money will come from corporate donations and those corporations could receive a tax credit for their help.
Nevada's 73 charter schools serve more than 58,000 students.
