A senior Transportation Authority employee with three DUIs on his record has been arrested for buying heroin.
Robert Reasoner is still collecting a six-figure salary from the state of Nevada even as he sits in jail on heroin-related charges.
Reasoner was first caught in early January for drunk driving after he apparently drove his state-owned vehicle into another in Carson City.
Investigators say just hours before that crash, Reasoner was involved in yet another.
