LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto is joining President Joe Biden Thursday morning.
Biden is signing the Cops Counseling Act into law and Sen. Cortez Masto sponsored the bill.
The bill focuses on encouraging law enforcement to adopt peer counseling programs to help their officers' mental health.
