Nevada has 5th smallest gender pay gap in the country

LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Nevada ranks 5th for the smallest gender pay gap in the country.

On average women here earn more than $40,000 a year compared to men who earn an average of more than $46,000.

Vermont ranks at the top for the smallest gap.

Wyoming has the largest gap with women earning 35% less than men.
