More than a month after Christmas the United States Post Office is still scrambling to deliver millions of pieces of mail.
Officials say there are two main reasons for these delays.
The first being staffing issues because many postal workers are out on quarantine.
And second more people are shipping things during the pandemic.
USPS says it could be several more weeks to get through the backlog.
