A local father named Joseph Jackson was shot and killed on May 20,2016on Craig Road and North 5th Street.

Now, Jackson's girlfriend, Patricia Powell is turning to Facebook to try and generate leads.

"I can't rest easy knowing they're still out there," said Powell.

Saturday marks exactly three months since the fatal encounter.

Powell and the couple's three-year-old was in the car when shots rang out.

"I see the image all the time," she said, "Joseph's head going back."

Police have not made an arrest.

Frustrated, Powell just created a Facebook page about the murder.

"Whoever did it," she said, "maybe they would bite."

Detectives tell 13 Action News they believe the suspect vehicle is a dark-colored Mitsubishi Eclipse.  The driver is described as a younger Hispanic male with short dark hair.

Jackson leaves behind two young children, and a 13-year-old stepson.

"We used to play basketball," said stepson Cameron Coakley.

The teen is utterly devastated at the loss.

"He taught me how to be a man," said Coakley.

Coakley is trying to be positive about the future.

"I'm going to take care of my mom," he said, "I'm going to be something in life too."

The family has created a GoFundMe pageto try and get back on their feet.
