MegaBus is announced that it will be offering trips to and from Phoenix every day beginning May 25.
There will be two trips a day in each direction with stops in Glendale. There will be an additional stop in Tempe beginning June 12.
To celebrate the launch, there will be several $1 seats (plus reservation fee).
FlixBus, which is a similar bus service that got its start in Europe, announced that they would begin offering trips to and from Arizona and California earlier this week.
Passengers are allowed to bring a carry-on and a check bag for free and the buses offer free Wi-Fi. The trips are between 6 and 8 hours.
