A masseur at a Las Vegas spa has been arrested after a client accused him of inappropriately touching her in September.
Police say Manyang Lou, 58, was conducting a massage when unlawful touching occurred with an 11-year-old girl while he was working at Kyou Beauty Salon, located at 4009 Spring Mountain Road, on Sept. 22, according to a complaint.
On Sept. 27, Manyang was arrested on probable cause and faces one charge of sex assault against a child under the of the age of 14.
Representatives from the spa told 13 Action News that the 58-year-old is no longer with the business and they are fully cooperating with the investigation.
As a note to parents, Las Vegas police said they do have a right to be in the room while their child is receiving a massage.
Lou has been placed on house arrest with orders to stay away from the salon and to not give any massages, according to Las Vegas Justice Court records.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Oct. 16.
