Mandatory fall watering restrictions are in effect from Sept. 1 through Oct. 31, and residents and businesses are reminded to change their sprinkler clocks to three assigned watering days.

Fall watering restrictions limit landscape irrigation to three specific days per week, based on each customer’s assigned watering group. Watering days for residents and businesses in watering groups A, C and E are Monday, Wednesday and Friday; those in groups B, D and F may water on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Find your assigned watering days and get information on seasonal watering restrictions at snwa.com.

Sprinkler watering is prohibited on Sunday. In addition, sprinkler watering other than on those days assigned to your group is considered water waste, which may result in a water-waste fee. Drip irrigation is permitted any day, so long as it does not exceed three days per week.
