Drai's Nightclub once again finds itself the focus of police activity after a commotion started when a large crowd of people began exiting the nightclub around 4 a.m.
The large crowd was exiting the east valet area of the Cromwell when a man holding a stack of $100 bills started throwing cash in the air.
As you might expect, it caused quite the commotion and lead to some sporadic fights breaking out. At one point, the crowd reportedly grew to as large as 1,000 people.
Additional officers from other area commands responded to help with crowd control, maintain order and ensure the safety of those in attendance.
There were two misdemeanor arrests reported and no injuries to citizens.
