A 70-year-old man died in after his truck was struck by a train northeast of Kingman Tuesday morning.
Around 3 a.m., the Mohave County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident west of the Hackberry Road crossing.
A 70-year-old man was driving his Ford truck westbound on the tracks when it was struck by a westbound train, killing the vehicle’s driver. The victim’s name is being withheld, pending further investigation.
The conductor and crew on the train were uninjured.
