A man has died after falling from a Segway near Rainbow Boulevard and Craig Road.
Police confirm that the male rider somehow fell of his Segway and died from his injuries at the 6500 block of Wheelbarrow Peak Drive around 7 p.m.
He was identified as 72-year-old James Paul Harrington of Las Vegas. His cause of death is pending.
According to his family, he fell off the Segway just down the road from his house.
Harrington had problems with blood clots and didn't like to drive. The Segway was his way to get around town to the store and other destinations.
