27-year-old Davin Obarr was arrested on neglect and abuse charges after an investigation revealed he was responsible for causing numerous cigarette burns to an 11-year-old child living in his home.
Detectives from the Nye County Sheriff's Office arrested the Pahrump resident in his home on Oct. 14. He posted bail for $20,640 and was released pending a court date.
