According to a new report by Moody's Investors Service, marijuana sales may not benefiting as much as some may think.
The study found that states where the retail market for pot is well established, like Nevada, the tax revenue is not as great as expected.
Moody's says that the revenue only makes up a small percentage of annual general fund revenues in most states.
