LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Bidders who were denied marijuana licenses in the Las Vegas valley are bringing their case to court this morning.
A preliminary hearing for their lawsuit against the State of Nevada is scheduled for 9 a.m.
The plaintiffs say the state is biased in the way it hands out licenses to sell marijuana.
Attorneys for the bidders say they want to freeze a new wave of licenses from being approved until their case is heard.
