There may only be five days until Christmas, but for some people that's plenty of time to finish their shopping.
Hundreds in the valley took to the streets of Town Square in order to put a check mark next to every item on their Christmas shopping list.
"Oh we're just picking up a couple last minute gifts. And Jaylyn is from out of town and lives in Louisiana and she's here so we're Christmas shopping for her!" said Daphne Campbell.
"I might get something skate related for my brother. And like a mug for my dad I don't know," said another shopper.
Some people just need those last few items while others are just getting started.
Retailers are excited for the rush of procrastinators as they offer great discounts and stay open late.
Town Square will be open until 10 p.m. Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. They will be open until 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
Walmart and Kohl's will be open around the clock until Christmas Eve. On the 24th, Kohl's will close at 6 p.m. and Walmart will close at 8 p.m.
Toys "R" Us will be open until 2 a.m. every day through Wednesday.
