The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are looking for teenagers and youg adults who are interested in learning about law enforcement.
LVMPD is dealing with a major shortage and needs more officers on the streets of Las Vegas.
Earlier this year, they announced plans to hire 600 officers.
They are hoping that their Explorer program can help fill that need.
The program is for teenagers and young adults who are interested in a career in law enforcement. Many current police officers went through the program themselves.
The department is looking for about 200 people right now.
