Las Vegas named most sinful city again

North Las Vegas & Henderson also in Top 10

Once again, Las Vegas has been named the most sinful city in the United States. And this year, the city is joined by North Las Vegas and Henderson.

WalletHub has released its lists of Most Sinful Cities and Least Sinful Cities. The personal-finance website compared more than 180 cities to determine the most wicked places in America. The rankings were based on the seven sinful behaviors: anger and hatred, jealousy, excesses and vices, greed, lust, vanity and laziness.

Las Vegas scored highest in the categories of vanity and greed. Las Vegas has more tanning salons than any other city and gambling addiction costs society an estimated $6 billion per year. The city also scored high in the categories of lust and laziness.

North Las Vegas is No. 5 on the list this year. It also scored high in the same categories as the city of Las Vegas but lower in some of the other categories such as anger and hatred and jealousy.

Henderson also scored high for greed and vanity. It is No. 6 on this year's list.

And if you are wondering about our neighbors to the north, Reno is No. 19 on the list. They scored the highest for greed.
