If you're driving west on Tropicana around noon, you may want to avoid looking straight at the Luxor. The sun is hitting the building, where the large E-Sports Arena banner is, and creating a very big, bright light.
The glare off the Luxor only lasts about 20-30 minutes, but it's extremely bright. 13 Action News reached out to MGM Resorts about the abnormally bright glare, and they declined to comment.
It could potentially cause problems for drivers heading westbound along Tropicana. It's especially bright at the corner of Tropicana and Paradise, near the Thomas & Mack Center and along the entrance to McCarran International Airport.
So, if it's around lunch time, and you find yourself driving in that area, keep your eyes on the road and not toward the light.
