The investor who brought the Las Vegas valley's largest movie theater screen, escape rooms, and other developments to the Boulevard Mall says it's time to "move on" and let future investors take the mall to the next level.

Roland Sansone, president and founder of Sansone Companies, purchased the Boulevard Mall in 2013 for $54.5 million.

Sansone Companies spent years redeveloping the mall, moving away from the traditional retail model and transforming it into an entertainment complex.

The mall now houses escape rooms and a 3D trick art museum at HeadzUP, and the valley's largest movie theater screen at Galaxy Theatres Luxury+ Boulevard.

There is also one of the valley's largest Goodwill stores and an Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance.
