People in one valley neighborhood say they're being kept awake by partiers.

Neighbors say several houses near Jones Boulevard and Robindale Road are being used as short-term vacation rentals.

Minh Tran says someone rented the house next door to his and used it as a makeshift flower shop for a few days. But he says this is the least of his problems and the renters are usually much crazier.

Neighbors say the people who owned two houses on the block moved our during the recession. Now, they say investors have stepped in to rent the houses out.

But it's not a typical rental. They say people rent the homes out for two or three days at a time. During the summer, they will be rented two to three weeks a month.

According to neighbors, the all-night noise and parties have been going on for about five years.

13 Action News called phone numbers related to the last listed owners of the homes but didn't hear back.

In addition, short-term vacation rentals are against code and can get a landlord in court. Renters in Clark County must be there for at least 30 days.

Neighbors say they will have code enforcement check out the issue.
