An elderly couple is taking on management after being served multiple eviction notices.

Faye and Mike Geren say they've paid for rent and utilities in full.

The stress of not getting straight answers from management is becoming a health issue.

"They take my money every month and then they turn around and worry me to death," Faye Geren said.

The couple says their bills at the trailer park near Las Vegas and Lamb boulevards inexplicably went through the roof the last few months, and they're terrified now of losing what little they have.

"It's getting to me," Geren said. "They wonder why people have nervous breakdowns or commit suicide. This is why."

Mike Geren is worried his wife will have another stroke.

They don't have the money or the strength to leave their home.

We tracked down someone who worked with management. He asked us to leave the property and wouldn't answer our questions about the Geren's bills.

Then we called the owner of the trailer park, and after a lengthy discussion, we got the news Faye and Mike Geren wanted to hear. He said they would not be evicted.
