LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Many companies are turning to virtual platforms to find candidates, but without in-person interactions making a good impression online can be difficult.

Experts say when interviewing virtually you should practice your answers. You don't want to sound rehearsed but you don't want to be thinking on your toes last minute.

Be prepared with a resume, and don't be afraid to tell employers how you feel. One thing that may help you get ahead is having your own set of questions for the employer.

If you are looking to practice your virtual interviewing skills, there is a job fair underway for employers and job seekers in Las Vegas through Friday.

Coast-to-Coast Career Fairs and Career Town Networks is hosting a virtual career fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and tomorrow.

There will be multiple companies looking to fill full-time, part-time and seasonal positions at all experience levels. Registration is free for all job seekers.
