HENDERSON (KTNV) — The City of Henderson unanimously approved the development and park agreement for Henderson West, a 102.9-acre mixed-use project, along both sides of St. Rose Parkway in the west Henderson planning area.

This property is expected to serve as a live-work-play community in the western part of the city with construction is expected to start the second quarter of 2021.

“We are very happy with the approval of this agreement,” said Mark K. Radelow, VP and director of development of Sudberry Properties. “Henderson West will bring a variety of offerings to Henderson residents and visitors for decades to come. We are excited to embark on the next phase and appreciate the continued collaboration between us and the City of Henderson.”
