The latest health rankings have been released and Nevada's overall health could use some work.
The Health Rankings report from the United Health Foundation put Nevada at No. 38 among 50 states. The state didn't rank well in other categories either, including being in the Top 20 for infant mortality and preventable hospitalizations.
The survey found that Nevada does have the lowest populations of smokers.
