LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — Today, by executive order, Gov. Steve Sisolak ordered the State of Nevada flags at the State Capitol and State public buildings and grounds to be flown at half-staff from sunrise until sunset today, Jan. 15, as a mark of solemn respect and in remembrance of Sheldon Adelson.

“We will lower the flags and give our esteemed recognition to Sheldon, a man who believed in, succeeded in, and invested in bold and daring ideas that changed the State of Nevada,” said Gov. Sisolak. “Kathy and I continue to extend our deepest sympathies to Dr. Adelson, his children, and all of his family and friends during this difficult time.”
