Power was knocked out at an apartment complex after a crash involving a garbage truck Monday evening.
Authorities said the Republic Services truck lifted the dumpster into overheard wires, causing it to become stuck, near Sierra Vista Drive and Paradise Road around 5:30 p.m.
The workers sat in the truck for an hour until they could be safely rescued and avoid being electrocuted.
