Passengers of a Frontier Airlines flight at McCarran International Airport say they were delayed about 18 hours, and now they just want an apology.

According to a representative with Frontier Airlines, the flight was delayed because of a mechanical issue with the parking brake.

"Passengers were offered compensation for the inconvenience, and a hotel room for the evening if required."

Passengers say they were yelled at by Frontier employees, threatened and given very little information about those delays.

"The resounding theme was that it was totally unacceptable," says one passenger, Gabrielle Young.

Frontier said the airline staff was booed and harassed but did not yell at passengers.

According to Young, some passengers had medical issues that needed attention outside of the airport. Others missed graduation ceremonies.

"I think every single passenger here would have felt better if we felt like we were being made a priority," says Young.
