Arsen Ter-Petrosyan and his family, have decided to put a new meaning to "bringing the community together".
They are inviting thousands of people to Aliante Nature Discovery Park on July 2 for free food, free drinks, free games for kids, free music, free entry and free incredible firework show.
Ter-Petrosyan founded Mini City Hall and is a Candidate for State Senate District 1.
